A fun, fast paced cardio class suited for tennis players of all levels! No tennis experience is necessary! This one-of-a-kind workout consists of fast paced tennis drills and games interspersed with quick cardio blasts to keep heart rate levels high. Classes are designed to scorch calories, and participants can burn up to more than 800 calories in a single class. All classes are set to our custom mixes of fast paced music, ranging from 80s to Pop hits and Hard Rock/ Heavy Metal! Come join us for an amazingly fun workout!
